Mr. Ayush Chaturvedi, is a graduate in Commerce and Post Graduate in Mass Communication in Journalism from Amity University. He has also done PGDM in International Marketing. Mr. Ayush Chaturvedi is the co-founder of AICK & ASSOCIATES and has played a pivotal role in building AICK & ASSOCIATES into an organization which works with passion, integrity, transparency and commitment.
A Finance professional with over eight years of experience in Finance, Audit and Executive Search, he heads the Corporate, administrative & HR activities in AICK & ASSOCIATES and has played a key role in enabling the evolution of key systems and practices in accounting and administration and organization policies.
ANJALI KALRA
Ms. Anjali Kalra, a Practicing Company Secretary, is a graduate in Commerce and Law. She is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) of India and also associates with Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI).
Ms. Anjali Kalra is having experience of more than 4 years in the areas of Company Secretarial services, Corporate Laws. She started her carrier as the Company Secretary cum Compliance officer in the Listed Company Advik Laboratories Limited and after that she started her own practice. She has dealt with various authorities and regulatory i.e. Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Securities & Exchange Board of India, Trade Mark Registry, Banks and Financial Institutions, Income Tax, Customs & Excise departments.
